The shipping includes a tracking number and it’s delivered in about 2-5 days in Europe & rest of the world in about 6-12 days.

Please take in consideration, I’m a small business woman (aka an independent freelance Artist), so unfortunately I can’t do any type of refund (no money back, no product exchanges or discounts for damaged mail or losses). I do my best to pack everything safely and sturdy, but I can’t take responsibility for other countries post systems.
